Dale has lived in the Florence Oregon area since 1972. Dale earned his Oregon Real Estate License in 1980 and his Broker's license in 1986. Dale has practiced all phases of residential valuation, relocation, retirement, waterfront, trustee & estate sales, vacation home sales, together with commercial investment analysis and exchanges.
During the 97 and 99 Oregon Legislative sessions, he did research on Oregon's land use and transportion laws for the Senate Ag and Natural Resource Comittee to provide analysis for Legislators regarding the econimic impact of those laws. This research has given him a wide view of the pros and cons of living in various areas of the State.
Dale has also played an active roll in the Central Oregon Coast Board of Realtors as Government and Political Affairs Chair from 1999 to 2006, 2001 "Realtor of the Year", and State Director from 1999 to 2006. Dale and his wife Terrie owned and operated Windermere/Florence Real Estate till March 1st, 2017, at which time they sold to and continued to work with Windermere Real Estate/Lane County. Dale has worked with Windermere since 1996. This year Dale has retired to step back and be a referral agent only through Western Real Estate located at 1600 Oak St in Eugene, OR.
Personal Background
Dale and Terrie live South of Florence on a small acreage. Their hobbies include music, gardening, travel, fishing and their grandchildren. They are both active in their local church and in issues that affect economic development.
